Join Queer and Trans Yoga teachers Emily J. Kramer and Jacoby Ballard for the second annual Queer and Trans Yoga Retreat!

Calling queer and trans community! Join Emily Kramer and Jacoby Ballard in picturesque Millerton, NY (2 hours outside of NYC) for our fifth Queer and Trans Yoga retreat! Highlights will include asana practice in the morning and evening, dharma talks and discussion, reflection, free time to hike, swim, and explore, partner yoga, delicious locally-sourced meals and snacks, and mornings of noble silence. Come to this retreat to build queer community of the heart, creating space for deep work and joyous play.

About Your Instructors

Emily J. Kramer offers a breath-centered practice that guides us toward our highest selves through direct, sensory experience. She directs the yoga program at Third Root Community Health Center – mindful embodiment in conscious community.

Jacoby Ballard began teaching Queer and Trans Yoga at the NYC LGBT Center 10 years ago, and now teaches a weekly class on Mondays and Wednesdays in Western Massachusetts. His passion and interest is in implementing yoga and meditation for social change from the inside out.
