This is a morning flow class to get you loose, moving, and grounded for the day ahead! Inclusive of experience with yoga, this class explores longer, creative, playful sequences guided by practices and philosophies within yoga and Buddhism.

Power Flow @ Ananda Yoga

Power Flow Yoga is a vigorous vinyasa-style practice with dynamic movement from one posture to the next using the rhythm of each inhale and exhale.  Classes begin with flowing sun or moon salutes, connecting breath with movement to warm and invigorate the body, then continue with standing postures to build strength and balance, seated postures and backbends to release the muscles, and surrender postures to restore the mind. Core work, advanced postures, and inversions may be practiced in this class.  Modifications will be offered to make this practice accessible to multiple levels of practitioners.  Practitioners are strongly encouraged to listen to their bodies and take the practice at their own pace.

Queer & Trans Yoga @ Yoga at East Works

A community-oriented yoga class for the LGBTQ community, committed to mindfulness and inclusivity. All levels of experience in yoga and all branches of queer and trans community are welcome! This class is specifically offered to queer and trans-identified individuals, to process our identities and experiences through body, mind, and heart. This is a class for queer folks who are falling in love and for queer folks falling apart. Let yoga hold you, however, whoever you are.
